Spring into Summer

It’s almost summertime and a lot of us still want to get into shape. If you are looking for the place to start your summer fitness routine, we’ve got just what you need! Starting next week, we’re offering our “Spring into Summer” fitness program. This will be a 6-week plan, made perfect just for you.

Join us on April 22 when we’ll meet together and get things moving in the right direction! We’ll start with our fitness director, who will discuss your personal goals, as well as an experienced nutritional coach, who will discuss specific nutritional plans and information. Over the next 6 weeks, you’ll get to experience a variety of workouts designed just for you, including strength training, cardio, boot camps and HIIT style. You’ll have full use of The Fieldhouse’s weight room, cardio/TRX area and fields. Our fitness trainers will be on-site to help you every step of the way. We are here to “Spring into Summer” and help you reach your health and fitness goals.
