By now everyone agrees that fitness matters. We spend lots of time and money on trying to do the right thing for our overall health. Often times we run out of steam and our best of intentions just don’t materialize. We are left feeling deflated and give up on the whole idea.

Our memberships are specifically designed for just what you’re looking for. Check out all of our options and find the one that works best for you and your life.
Fit Hour Membership: We have teamed up with Every Mom Fitness to create a group fitness bootcamp program that will run on our turf fields. The classes will be 45 minutes to an hour in length, with each class focusing on targeting specific muscle groups to enhance your overall fitness goals. Workouts are carefully designed to boost your metabolism and create long lean muscle. If you want to maximize your results and your membership, attend 3-4 classes per week.
Full Force Membership: This is a HIIT fitness membership designed to keep you moving throughout a 55-minute class in a 30-60 second interval style. You will work in groups, but the intensity level is up to you and how hard you want to push yourself. The class has a sports training feeling which is designed to make you sweat and burn major calories, while increasing cardiovascular levels, strength levels, and overall decrease body fat percentage.
Strong Membership: This is two primary strength-based programs: Field Strong and House Strong. Field Strong will be based around all athletic endeavors with a focus on injury prevention, stability, flexibility, strength, speed, power, nutrition and preparing the athlete for any sport they compete in. House Strong is a program based on your weekend warrior, a mom who is looking for a different kind of workout.
