Have you heard of Fieldhouse’s new program called Power?

Power is a fitness program designed around improving overall fitness. This is achieved by combining strength training and metabolic conditioning. Power will use elements from several sports and types of exercises (olympic lifting, power lifting, gymnastic, and endurance), keeping the workouts constantly varied to reduce monogamous workout regiments.  Power is scalable to all fitness levels and abilities. Programming is provided by 6-time CrossFit Games athlete.
