Featuring two bootcamp-style options with a total of 9 classes/week for just $50/month with no long-term contract! Despite its name, EveryMom Fitness is for EveryONE: moms, dads, women, men–and you can bring your kids WITH you! EarlyBird FitHour is a women-only class featuring a 45-min full body workout with a 10-15 minute stretch/cool-down.


The Fieldhouse runs two primary strength-based programs, Field Strong and House Strong. Field Strong will be based around all athletic endeavors with a focus on injury prevention, stability, flexibility, strength, speed, power, nutrition and preparing the athlete for any sport they compete in. House Strong is a program based on your weekend warrior, a mom who is looking for a different kind of workout and your everyday meathead.  Both programs follow a conjugate / Westside style model of training but with a different focus on each.
