Fit Hour is a coed group fitness bootcamp program to help maximize your fitness goals. These classes range from 45 -60 minutes in length, with each class focusing on targeting specific muscle groups to boost your metabolism and create long, lean muscle. We also have our EveryMom and EveryMom Lite Fitness classes for women (kids are welcome) as well as yoga classes.


The Fieldhouse will run two primary strength-based programs, Field Strong and House Strong. Field Strong will be based around all athletic endeavors with a focus on injury prevention, stability, flexibility, strength, speed, power, nutrition and preparing the athlete for any sport they compete in. House Strong is a program based on your weekend warrior, a mom who is looking for a different kind of workout and your everyday meathead.  Both programs will follow a conjugate / Westside style model of training but with a different focus on each.


The Fieldhouse offers in-house care for your child while you enjoy one or many of our memberships or other offerings of The Fieldhouse.
We are so excited to offer the Kids Club Membership at the Fieldhouse where you can work out, worry and childfree, by dropping them off with us at our child care facility.


The Fieldhouse Full Force is a HIIT fitness membership designed to keep you moving throughout a 55-minute class in a 30-60 second interval style. You will work in groups, but the intensity level is up to you and how hard you want to push yourself. The class has a sports training feeling which is designed to make you sweat and burn major calories, while increasing cardiovascular levels, strength levels, and overall decrease body fat percentage.


The Fieldhouse Power membership is a fitness program designed around improving overall fitness.  This is achieved by combining strength training and metabolic conditioning.  Join our Fieldhouse Power Box to max olympic lifting, power lifting, gymnastic, and endurance workouts.

As everyone should know, COVID-19 has taken over our every day lives. Per recommendations from the government, The Fieldhouse is closing its door, effective at 4p on March 17th, 2020. We are hoping that everyone is following this recommendation so we as a whole can get through this pandemic in a timely fashion. We are hoping that others are following suit to limit the spread of this virus. Our plan is to stay closed through March 31st. We will reevaluate our plan then to see if reopening on April 1st will be an option.

For our members, we will be freezing all memberships. Our staff will be working to put together workout videos for you to conduct at home to continue your fitness journey. Whenever this crisis passes, we hope to see everyone back so we can continue to help you reach your fitness goals.

If you currently have any rentals scheduled for this time frame, we will work to reschedule at a later date.
