Fieldhouse Physical Preparation for Young Athletes

Fieldhouse Physical Preparation for young athletes is a new Fieldhouse program, and is specifically designed for kids ages 7-18 years old who want age-appropriate training to become Fieldhouse Strong!

Age-specific strength training creates training groups based on age and physical development and works on general fundamentals, body weight training, strength development, and flexibility.

Fieldhouse Strong – Young Athletes – Strength Training

    • Age Group: 7-11 * Could go younger based on evaluation at first class
    • 2x per week $240 (M 745PM / W 4PM)
    • 8 weeks in duration (April 1st – June 1st)
    • 60 minutes
    • Build an athletic base working on the fundamentals through general physical preparedness
    • Limited resistance | Bodyweight | 1st Step quickness | Agility & Change of direction | Body Control | Injury Prevention | Stability
    • Med balls | Resistance Bands | TRX

 

Fieldhouse Strong – Middle School Athletes

    • Age Group: 12-14 | 6th – 8th grade depending on the previous grouping | may advance to the High School group based on evaluation
    • 2x per week $240
    • 75 min sessions
    • Establish athletic performance built upon the base that was created in our Young classes
    • Body weight strength mastery | Introduction of free weights | Athletic Positioning | Balance & Coordination | Lateral quickness/multi-directional movement | Jumping and Landing mechanics | Introduction into conditioning and recovery | Injury Prevention | Stability

 

Fieldhouse Strong High School Athletes

    • Age Group: 15-18
    • Session offerings: 3x per week $360
    • Refine and enhance all areas of athletic performance
    • Improvement of Acceleration & Deceleration | Change of Direction | Power & Strength development | Mobility & Flexibility | Injury Prevention | Stability
    • Free Weights | Posterior Chain Machines | Sleds | Accommodating Resistance (chains/bands) | Specialty Bars
